Education: The Central Board of Secondary Education has expanded its reach outside the country. The board has opened its first regional office and centre of excellence outside the country. Dubai has been chosen for this. This is the first regional office of CBSE outside India. On this occasion, along with the board officials, representatives of the Indian Mission in Dubai and principals of 78 schools of Dubai and North Emirates were present.

The announcement was made in February

PM Modi had announced the opening of CBSE RO and COE in Dubai on 13th February. This announcement was made when he went to Dubai. Official preparations in this regard started from 2nd July and now the centre has been opened.

On this occasion, CBSE Dubai RO and COE Director Dr. Ram Shankar revealed the reason for opening this centre and regional office. This centre will play an important role in the CBSE examinations to be held in Dubai. In this way, the board has spread its wings abroad in the form of UAE.

Why is this center open?

This center has been opened for many reasons and is the first step towards registering the board's presence globally. Its main objective will be to increase the quality of education for Indian students in UAE. Apart from this, this office will also work on the issue whether the studies and other functioning systems are working properly in the foreign schools affiliated to CBSE or not.

Teachers will also provide training

CBSE plans to promote out-based learning, focus on enhancing the skills of students and increasing their knowledge instead of focusing only on marks. New skill-based subjects will be introduced so that students can be prepared for the future. Along with this, in-service training will also be offered to teachers. This will also increase their skills and knowledge.

What will be the benefit out of this

There will be many benefits of opening a CBSE centre in UAE. For example, the centre will provide support and resources to students, teachers and schools so that it becomes easier for the children there to study CBSE. This centre will also ensure that the CBSE affiliated schools opened in UAE fulfil all the standards so that everyone has faith in the board. Through this centre, the board is moving towards expanding globally.
