Education News : In this modern era, education methods are changing, so why should India stay away from it? In such a situation, the Government of India decided to improve education for the first time after independence and implemented the National Education Policy in the year 2020. Under this, many changes are being made in education. It is believed that this will eliminate the unemployment problem in the country and that our education system will become equal to the global education system. For this reason, they also made a rule of taking two degrees simultaneously. It is starting from this session.

It will start soon all over the country.

Under the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), students now have the opportunity to pursue two full-time degrees at the same time. However, this option has been available in European countries for a long time. But in the country, it has just started at DU, i.e., Delhi University. Soon it will be implemented in other universities of the country.

What is the difference between the two-degree courses

In the new option, by doing two academic courses simultaneously, one can do two different degree courses simultaneously. On completing the course, the students will get both degrees and be valid everywhere.

What are the terms?

If you are going to do two academic courses together, remember that the class timing of one course should be different from the class timing of the other course. Also, in two-degree courses, one course should be in physical mode, the other in open and distance learning or online mode, or both the courses should be in open and distance learning or online mode. Apart from this, both the courses should be of the same level; that is, one cannot do a graduate and the other a PG level course together. At the same time, both the courses should be recognized by UGC. Most importantly, this can be done from the same university, institute, or two different institutes.
