Business News: Tata communications share: The major stock index Sensex closed above the 85,000 mark for the first time on Wednesday. Nifty also reached a new all-time high. Meanwhile, there was a huge demand for the shares of Tata Group's telecom company Tata Communications Limited. On the third trading day of the week (September 25), the stock rose 5.63 per cent to an all-time high of Rs 2,137.20. Talking about the closing of the stock, it rose 5.18 percent to Rs 2,128.25.

Some experts are positive about the stock. They say that telecom companies are expected to perform well. Investors with a mid to long term outlook can get good returns by investing in it. Investors should hold on to the stock. It can touch the level of Rs 2,350 in the near term. The stop loss for this trade should be kept at Rs 2,050.

Among the 30 Sensex companies, Power Grid, Axis Bank, NTPC, Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, Tata Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra and HDFC Bank saw significant gains. On the other hand, Tech Mahindra, Tata Motors, Titan, Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of India and JSW Steel closed with losses.
