Causes of foot corns:

When the skin of your soles is under pressure of bone, it can cause foot corn. Apart from this, foot corn is also caused by wearing high heeled shoes. Actually, due to high heels, pressure starts building up on the heel area, which causes this problem. Wearing poorly fitting shoes also causes foot corn. Wearing poorly fitting shoes causes constant friction in the feet, which leads to the formation of lumps.

Ways to avoid foot corns:

To get rid of the problem of foot corns, avoid wearing high heels and pointed shoes. Keep your toe nails trimmed. Feet should be cleaned with a scrubbing brush every day. After washing the feet, dry them thoroughly and apply moisturizing cream on them. Use a pumice stone or foot file regularly. Wear clean socks daily and use talcum powder on the soles of the feet to prevent sweating.
