There is a news for all the parents who have applied for AISSEE 2025 to get their children admitted in Sainik School (Class 6 and Class 9). The correction window for making corrections in the AISSEE 2025 application will be opened today. In such a situation, all those who are willing to make corrections in the AISSEE 2025 application will be able to make changes after the opening of the correction window. For this, one has to visit the official website, whose address is- exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE. 

What is the last date for making corrections?

All the candidates who have applied for the exam can make changes in their forms till January 28. The exam will be conducted offline using OMR sheets in 190 cities across India. The detailed schedule of the exam and the date of release of admit card will be announced later. 

Exam Pattern

The Class 6 entrance exam will have 125 questions. The paper will include four subjects: language, mathematics, intelligence and general knowledge. The exam will have 125 questions for 300 marks. Language, intelligence and general knowledge sections will carry two marks for each question, meaning the total marks in these sections will be 50-50. Mathematics will have 50 questions for 150 marks.

The Class 9 question paper will have 150 questions for 400 marks. The Class 9 exam includes Mathematics, Intelligence, English, General Science and Social Science subjects. The Mathematics section will have 50 questions, each carrying 4 marks. The remaining four sections will have 25 questions, each carrying 2 marks.

Age limit?

Candidates must be 10-12 years of age as on March 31 to appear for the AISSEE Class 6 entrance exam. This means they must be born between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2015 (both days inclusive). Girls can be eligible for admission to Class 6 in all Sainik Schools.

At the same time, candidates aged between 13 to 15 years as on March 31, 2025 (ie those born between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2012) are eligible to appear for the Class 9 entrance exam. The remaining four sections will have 25 questions, each carrying 2 marks.
