On which posts will the recruitment be done

Through this recruitment drive, recruitment will be done for the posts of Faculty, Office Assistant and Watchman cum Gardener. 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Faculty: Candidate must be Graduate/Post Graduate for this post.
• Office Assistant: For this post, the candidate should be a graduate i.e. BSW/BA/B.Com and should have knowledge of computer. Knowledge of basic accounting is a better qualification.
• Chowkidar cum Gardener: Candidate must have passed class 7 for this post.
• The age limit for all posts will be 22 to 40 years.

Selection Process

The selection process of this recruitment will consist of written test, personal interview and presentation. Eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society/Trust in this regard will be final.

Contract Salary 

• Faculty: Contract amount will be fixed at ₹30,000-2000*5- ₹40000/-. Annual performance incentive of Rs 2000 per annum will be given based on satisfactory review/performance of the services rendered. Mobile allowance is ₹300/- per month.
• Office Assistant: Consolidated pay of ₹20000- 1500 x 5- ₹27500/-. Annual performance incentive of Rs 1500 per annum will be based on satisfactory review/performance of the services rendered.
• Watchman cum Gardener: Consolidated pay of ₹12000-800 x 5- ₹16000/-. Annual performance incentive of Rs.1000 per annum is based on satisfactory review/performance of services rendered.
