He worked for the welfare of employees, society, country, business and even animals. He used to dream of taking the country forward. N Chandrasekaran got the command of Tata Sons in the year 2017. Recalling this, he wrote that earlier our relationship was professional. Then gradually a personal relationship developed with him. He will always be alive in our memories.
Special care was taken of the employees and their families
N Chandrasekaran wrote that he used to think very seriously about his employees and their families. He used to take great care of these things while solving every problem. When controversies arose in Tata Motors in the year 2017, he paid the most attention to the fact that no employee should be adversely affected. He held talks with the union leaders along with me. He apologized that the problem could not be resolved quickly. He had similar thoughts about the employees of every company of the Tata Group. This was the reason that the Tata Group gave many great business leaders to the business world.
Changes will be made in Bombay House to take care of stray dogs
He said that we will fulfill his dream of taking care of stray dogs. For this, necessary changes are being made in the Tata Group's headquarters Bombay House. He was very happy to see its design. Ratan Tata died on 9 October at the age of 86. His last rites were performed with full state honors. After his death, Noel Tata has been given the responsibility of Tata Trusts.
