Gold Silver Price Today  : There is a huge drop in the prices of gold and silver in the bullion markets today. Today, 24 carat gold became cheaper by an average of Rs 466 and opened at a rate of Rs 75547 per 10 grams. At the same time, there is a drop of Rs 1335 in the price of silver today. Today silver opened at an average rate of Rs 85700. This rate has been released by IBA, in which GST is not levied. It is possible that in your city there is a difference of Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 due to this.

The average price of 23 carat gold has fallen by Rs 465 today to Rs 75244 per 10 grams. The price of 22 carat gold has also fallen by Rs 427 to Rs 69201. The price of 18 carat gold has fallen by Rs 350 to Rs 56660. The price of 14 carat gold has also fallen by Rs 273 to Rs 44195.

Gold and silver prices cooled down in December

Gold and silver have fallen cold this month. The wedding season lasted till December 15 but the prices continued to fall. Gold and silver prices heated up once or twice but soon cooled down. Till December 20 this month, gold has become cheaper by Rs 1193 per 10 grams. Whereas, the price of silver has fallen three times that of gold. Silver has become cheaper by Rs 3683 during this period. According to IBJA, 24 carat gold closed at Rs 76740 per 10 grams on November 29 whereas, silver was at Rs 89383 per kg.

In 2024, gold jumped to Rs 12301 and silver to Rs 12305

This year, there was a huge jump in the price of gold and silver. Despite the fall in December, gold has become costlier by Rs 12301 per 10 grams compared to last year. Whereas, the price of silver has jumped by Rs 12305 during this period. On 29 December 2023, 10 grams of gold closed at a rate of Rs 63246. Whereas, silver at the rate of Rs 73395 per kg.
