Due to Western Disturbance, there has been a significant change in the weather of North India. Many states including Delhi-NCR and Haryana received light rain on Monday. After the rain, there is severe cold in many states of North India. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of more rain in many states including Delhi-NCR.

There is rain alert in many states

It will be cloudy and there might be drizzle

According to the Meteorological Department, light rain may occur in Delhi-NCR, Western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab districts on Tuesday. Dark clouds will remain in Delhi-NCR on Tuesday. There may be light drizzle during the day. On Tuesday, the average minimum temperature of Delhi is expected to be 8 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is expected to be 19 degrees Celsius.

Rain alert between 26 and 28 December

The Meteorological Department said that the weather will be clear in Delhi-NCR on Wednesday (25 December). Cold wave may prevail during the day. There is a possibility of rain in Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan from 26 to 28 December. There may be hailstorm along with thunderstorm in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

The cold will increase in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, severe cold and rain is expected in Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana in the next seven days. According to the IMD, an orange alert has been issued in Una, Hamirpur, Bilaspur and Mandi districts of Himachal Pradesh.

There is a possibility of scattered rain in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi-NCR areas in the next few days. There is a possibility of fog and light rain in some areas of Punjab and Chandigarh. Due to this, the temperature will drop significantly.
