Business: The festive season has begun in India. During this time people spend a lot of money. Along with this, the business of companies also increases. This also affects jobs in the country. According to a report, the maximum number of jobs in the world are going to be created in India during this year's festive season. India Inc's hiring sentiment is currently the highest in the world. Its effect will be clearly visible on jobs in the December quarter. A total of 42 countries were included in this survey. 

3,150 Indian companies were included in the survey

The Economic Times, citing the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook global survey, claimed that among 42 countries, Indian companies are the most positive about hiring. 3,150 Indian companies from different sectors were included in this survey. According to the report, India Inc is more enthusiastic about providing jobs as compared to the previous quarter. There has been a 7 percent jump in this figure. Apart from this, this figure is 12 percent more than the global average. 

50 percent of companies are preparing to provide more jobs 

50 percent of the companies surveyed said that they will give jobs to more people. Only 13 percent of the companies did not seem keen on hiring. Also, 34 percent said that they are satisfied with their workforce. Of these, 3 percent have not been able to decide yet. Sandeep Gulati, MD of Manpower Group India and Middle East, said that the country's economic condition is strong. Its effect is also visible in hiring. Domestic consumption is high in India. The government is also increasing its expenditure. Along with this, manufacturing and outsourcing demand is also increasing.

If the economy grows then unemployment will automatically decrease 

Last week, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das had said that India's economy is growing rapidly. We are in a strong position. The government is doing tremendous work on skill development. With the economy becoming stronger, we will also be able to reduce unemployment.
