Education: 100 additional seats have been announced for girls under the Talent Coaching Scheme of the Delhi Government. Under this scheme, students are given free coaching for NEET and JEE. Education Minister Atishi met the students on this occasion and inquired about their preparations.

Minister Atishi said that this scheme is a great opportunity for those students who are financially weak but have no dearth of talent and passion. This year, their education and career have been encouraged by announcing 100 additional seats for girls in the scheme.

Education Minister Atishi told the students that you all know that our CM sahab himself is an IITian. When he became the CM in 2015 and used to talk about the education department, he used to say that when I started studying in IIT, there were no coaching classes. We used to prepare from books in our homes.

Hence the scheme was launched

Atishi told that CM Arvind Kejriwal said that in this era of expensive coaching, even my parents cannot afford such coaching. But today because the competition is so high, it is difficult for children to clear exams like IIT, NEET without support. Therefore, a scheme was started, for children who are intelligent but are not able to crack the exam only because their parents cannot afford good coaching. This scheme was started to overcome this shortcoming.

Opportunity to study in top institutes

Minister Atishi has tweeted that any child, whether from a rich family or a poor family, should get an opportunity to study in the top engineering-medical institutions of the country; to fulfil this vision, the Chief Minister has started the Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
