The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has started the registration process for NEET UG counselling 2024 from today, August 14, 2024. Candidates who have cleared the NEET undergraduate medical entrance exam can register for the counselling process for MBBS, BDS, and BSc (Nursing) courses from today.

According to the official schedule, the first round registration process started today on August 14 and will continue till August 21, 2024. At the same time, the choice filling and locking facility will open on August 16 and will continue till August 20, 2024. The seat allotment process will be done from August 21 to August 22, 2024.

When will the second round be

Registration for the second round will be conducted from September 4-5, 2024. The seat allotment and verification process will be conducted from September 11-12, 2024. Candidates allotted seats will be asked to report/join from September 14-20, 2024.

Counselling for 710 medical colleges

Let us inform you that counselling will be held today for about 1.10 lakh MBBS seats in about 710 medical colleges across the country. Apart from this, counselling will also be held for 21,000 BDS seats apart from AYUSH and nursing seats. MCC will conduct counselling for 15 percent seats of All India Quota and 100 percent seats of all AIIMS, JIPMER Pondicherry, seats of all central universities and 100 percent seats of deemed universities.

It is noteworthy that the final result of NEET UG Medical Entrance, which is surrounded by controversies, has been released on 26th July.
