Education:   All schools will remain closed in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh today. Regarding which the DIOS of the district had also issued a letter. In which it was said that in view of the Guru Dronacharya Mela organized in Dankaur, all schools will have a holiday on August 31.

Today, holiday has been declared in all the secondary, non-government, unaided recognized, CBSE and ICSE as well as council schools of Noida Greater Noida. On the instructions of District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma, the DIOS of the district wrote a letter to the schools stating that there will be a holiday on August 31. After this, the schools also sent messages to the parents of the children regarding the holiday. 

A fair is held in the name of Dronacharya 

Let us tell you that the fair held in Dankaur is held in the name of Dronacharya who was the teacher of Kauravas and Pandavas during the Mahabharata period. During this time, a large number of crowds gather, people come to the fair from far and wide. During the fair, diversions are made at many places. Some roads are closed. Today has been declared a holiday so that school children do not face any problems due to all this. Various programs are organized in this fair. Many circuses are also set up here for entertainment.

Holiday due to UP Police exam

Due to the UP Police recruitment exam, holidays were declared in many schools in the state for the past several days. The schools will remain closed for these students till Monday, August 2. The exam is being organized again for recruitment from August 23 to August 31. The exam is being organized once again for recruitment to 60 thousand posts of constable in the state.
