Moeed Khan and some other people have been accused in this case. Moeed Khan is said to be associated with the Samajwadi Party. CM Yogi has taken major action regarding this. Now after this, politics on the issue is at its peak. On one hand, while BJP leaders have made a big allegation on the Samajwadi Party, on the other hand, Samajwadi Party leaders have launched a scathing attack. At the same time, a BJP delegation has also reached the victim's house in Ayodhya.

This is the third suspension in the Ayodhya gang rape case. Constable Rohit Yadav, posted at Bhadarsa police post, has also been suspended. After an investigation, SSP Rajkaran Nayyar has suspended him. Let us tell you that the SHO and police post-in-charge have already been suspended in this case.

Politics on the issue is at its peak. 

On the Ayodhya rape case, Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi said that people shout to meet the Chief Minister but do not get an appointment, but the victim's mother goes to the Chief Minister and talks to him immediately. The Chief Minister is met within 5 minutes. Many victims are called after being counselled. If rape has really happened, then they should be hanged, but again and again, it is being shown that the leader of the Samajwadi Party is a Muslim. What is the need to show the Samajwadi Party and Muslims? 

Abu Azmi further said that there is a deliberate conspiracy to defame our party. Why is no action taken when BJP leaders are accused in rape cases. Nothing has been proved in this case yet but you have started demolishing houses...tomorrow if that rapist is acquitted from the investigation, will you bring back his house? It is not written anywhere in the constitution that the house of an accused should be demolished. If there was illegal construction, what were the officials doing till now? Why were they silent? As soon as a crime happens, you start seeing everything as illegal.

Afzal Ansari has said that has the crime against Moeed Khan been proven? If it is proven, we will kick him out but if it is not proven, then why should we throw him out. This case is being investigated by those who are in the government. We are with this victim but first take action against Moeed Khan without any proof, if evidence is found then action will be taken. You could not see your own face, you broke the mirror without any reason.

Afzal Ansari said that both the rapists in Ghazipur belong to Thakur community, we ask when will the bulldozer run on their houses but we do not judge a criminal by caste or religion. A criminal is a criminal. Strict action should be taken against whoever the criminal is, no one stopped us from taking action, the daughter should get justice. But rape did not happen only in Ayodhya but two daughters were brutalized in my Lok Sabha constituency. A two and a half year old girl was raped. Leaders of a particular caste and BJP are involved in both the incidents. But we look at crime as crime. We ask the government when will the bulldozer run in Ghazipur.

BJP minister Hari Sahni, who comes from the Nishad community, said on the Ayodhya rape case and Yogi's action that the Yogi government has not only demolished the bakery of the accused with a bulldozer but has also broken his arrogance. Akhilesh Yadav is trying to save the rape accused, this is shameful.

Meanwhile, JDU spokesperson KC Tyagi said, "FIR has been filed against Samajwadi Party leaders in connection with the Ayodhya incident and they have been arrested. Everyone knows about Akhilesh Yadav's sentiments, he should not try to save anyone until the investigation is completed."

On Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav's tweet, UP minister Om Prakash Rajbhar said, "People used to call Samajwadi Party government a government of goons, just like people call NDA government a bulldozer government, criminals are afraid of this government, in Samajwadi Party government criminals used to roam around like open bulls, criminals used to get protection. If he (Akhilesh Yadav) does not trust the action of the government then he should investigate this matter himself.."

On Ayodhya rape case, Union Minister Giriraj Singh said, “...Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and all the leaders of the 'tukde tukde' gang are silent on this matter because the accused is a Muslim. When the opportunity comes to speak against Sanatan, they all unite and speak against it.”Bahujan Samaj Party state president Vishwanath Pal said, "When I went to her (victim's) house, her mother was also saying that people are pressurising her, so I told her not to be afraid, she will get justice. There is no need for a DNA test, as the victim is admitted in the hospital and is giving a statement. If the Samajwadi Party is saying this (about getting a DNA test done), then it is definitely a conspiracy to save the accused.

When their (SP) government was in power, we don't think they ordered a DNA test in any such incident. The action being taken is justified, even if it is late. The slogan given by the government 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' is hollow. They should give justice and security to daughters. Today he (Moeed Khan) is an office bearer of the Samajwadi Party, but still they did not expel him from the party."
