National News : Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has said that this is Narendra Modi's India, not Bangladesh. Shekhawat made this statement while targeting those who fear a situation like Bangladesh in India. Although Shekhawat did not openly name any leader, he was pointing towards Congress leaders Mani Shankar Aiyar and Salman Khurshid. Talking to journalists at Jodhpur airport on Saturday, Union Minister Shekhawat said that it is unfortunate that some people have commented that a situation like Bangladesh will arise in India.

Shekhawat said, "They have talked about creating a similar situation in India. They probably don't know that this is not Bangladesh, but India and it is Modi ji's India. Those who do this should understand what will happen to them." Regarding the situation in Bangladesh, the Union Minister said that whatever happened in Bangladesh was "unexpected and unacceptable. The Indian government is constantly monitoring it. The situation there should improve after the law and order situation comes back on track."

What did Mani Shankar Aiyar and Salman Khurshid say

At a book release function on Tuesday, Salman Khurshid had said that everything may look normal from the surface, but what is happening in Bangladesh can happen in India as well. Mani Shankar Aiyar had also compared the situation in Bangladesh to India.

Also talked about Swadesh Darshan Yojana

On being asked about the four circuits being given to Rajasthan under the Swadesh Darshan Yojana, he said that this is just the beginning, "But one thing everyone has to understand is that according to the provisions of the Constitution, tourism is a subject of the state government. These circuits were given in the second term of Prime Minister Modi. In the coming time, work will be done in collaboration with the state government to increase tourism in the entire region."

Suggestions given to the state government

He said, "If we receive proposals from the state government regarding tourism, we will seriously consider them and take them forward." The Union Minister also said that the new terminal building at Jodhpur airport will be inaugurated by the end of the year. He said that more than 45 percent of its work has been completed.
