National : Nabanna March Live, Kolkata Rape-Murder Case: Some students of West Bengal Students' Society are marching from College Square in Kolkata towards the state secretariat 'Nabanna' this afternoon. Kolkata Police has called this march illegal. During this, the police fired water cannon and tear gas shells on the protesters. Angry protesters are breaking barricades and throwing stones at the policemen deployed on the way.
The BJP, which is supporting the student organization, has claimed that many protesters have been injured in the lathicharge by the police. Let us tell you that this 'Navan March' is being taken out in the case of the alleged rape and murder of a trainee doctor in RG Kar Hospital. The students have demanded the resignation of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
