National: Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Rae Bareli MP Rahul Gandhi reached the Convention Center of Medical Association in Prayagraj to attend the Samvidhan Samman Sammelan. During this, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi looked emotional and he also narrated an anecdote by mentioning his grandmother and former PM Indira Gandhi.

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said that grandmother Indira Gandhi had told me that she wants people not to remember her. I do not work to be remembered but I do work worth remembering, only Narendra Modi does work worth remembering. Rahul Gandhi said in his address that workers have tremendous skills, they have tremendous strength.

He said there is no dearth of skills in India. Certification centres should be opened in every district, the skill network should be used optimally. The system does not talk to the workers at all, false claims are made about India becoming a superpower. 90 percent of the people are not connected to the system, caste census is very important. 

The Congress MP said that the correct number of people from every class should be known, caste census will only reveal the population. No one should oppose this, the population must be known before participation, our thinking is how the wealth is being distributed in India. It should be known how much wealth is going into the hands of which classes. The participation of people from different classes at important places should be known, we want to know how much impact the Constitution has had on the society. 

He said that none of the 500 leading industrialists of India is from the reserved category, none is OBC, Dalit or Adivasi. In the media also, reserved categories are not given place in important positions, 73% of the population in the country is of Dalits, backward and Adivasis. Policy should be decided on the real situation of India, caste census is the policy framework for us.

Rae Bareli MP Rahul Gandhi said that PM Modi has ruined the entire banking system, loans of 25 prominent people were waived off. Loans worth 16 lakh crores were waived off, none of these people were backward, Dalit or tribal, it is unfortunate that there is no caste census data even in the 21st century. The 50% limit on reservation also has to be abolished, we will abolish it. 

OBC-Dalit and tribal women did not become Miss India

He said that even in lateral entry, 90% people are ignored, even in Bollywood, 90% people do not get a place. Even in the Miss India list, 90% people do not have a place, no OBC, Dalit and tribal woman has become Miss India. India will not be able to become a super power by hugging PM Modi, India will become a super power only when 90% people participate, they will be encouraged. Caste census is like an X-ray, but people sitting in the media oppose it. 

If there is no constitution then democracy will end- Rahul Gandhi

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said that the exact number of 90 percent people in the media, film industry and Miss India should be known. The situation is the same in the judiciary as well. If there is no constitution, democracy will end. Just as the census will work to strengthen and protect the constitution. The constitution was not made by 10 percent people but by 100 percent people. If 90 percent people are not given participation, the constitution will not survive. Reservation should be more than 50 percent, this compulsion should end. 

PM Modi is the wrong number: Rahul Gandhi

He said that the Constitution is the protector of the poor, farmers and labourers. PM Modi wants to adopt the model of kings and emperors. He considers himself an emperor. He considers himself non-biological, he is the wrong number, PM Modi is the wrong number. Caste census cannot be stopped, even the 50 percent barrier cannot be stopped. The public has made up its mind and has given the order, the Prime Minister should accept this order and accept the order of the public. If PM Modi does not accept this order, then another Prime Minister will have to do this work, this is a battle of ideology. 

I do not talk about caste census to do politics

The Congress MP said that he does not talk about caste census to do politics, caste census and increasing reservation by 50 percent is a weapon to give equal rights to everyone. Even if raising the issue of caste census causes loss in politics, I will still raise this issue.
