The company had fixed 22 August 2024 as the record date for dividend payment of Rs 0.70 per share to the investors.

Dividend money will be credited to your account by 29 September.

The final decision on this final dividend to be given for the financial year 2023-24 will be taken in the company's AGM to be held on 29 August. After getting the approval of the AGM, the dividend money will be paid in the bank account of the investors by 29 September 2024.
