Prashant Kishor further said that I have not said this from the point of view of Muslims. This is the formula of Jan Suraj. Jan Suraj will allow only capable people to contest elections. For us, capability is the criterion. There are lakhs of capable people in Bihar, out of which, a formula has been made to decide how many capable people from which community should be taken. The participation of the people of the community will be as per their share. According to that, if the population of Muslims is 18 percent, then about 40 capable people should contest.

Taking RJD to task, PK said that they should first accept this challenge. These people contest elections from where there are maximum Muslims. Go to the area from where his brother contested the election and see how many Muslims are there. The big leader of RJD finds out how many Muslims are there so that we can get free votes. Katihar is a district. There are 47 percent Muslims in Katihar. RJD has never given a ticket to a single Muslim there. They fool Muslims. They will not give tickets where there is a Muslim population, they will give tickets where there is no Muslim population and the person will lose. These people contest elections where there is a Muslim population.
