As soon as it gets dark, wolves come out in the village. Wolves have injured 4 villagers in the village so far. Cattle have been badly injured. This has created an atmosphere of fear in the village. Let us tell you that in Bahraich district of UP, wolves have killed 10 people including 9 children so far.

Villager Satish Kumar said that the terror of wolves has spread so much that people go inside their homes as soon as evening falls. For the last 10 days, wolves have been coming out of Maksudpur fort due to which everyone is living in fear. On Sunday, a youth from the village had gone out and at that time 4 to 5 wolves attacked him, after which the villagers beat one wolf to death with sticks.

He further said that after the terror of the wolf, the forest department was informed about it, after which the forest department team has placed a cage outside Maksudpur fort. A piece of chicken has been hung inside the cage so that the wolf comes to eat it and gets trapped in the cage. The villagers are not satisfied with this. The number of wolves is more and the cages have been placed less.

On the other hand, the injured woman Chinta Devi said that she had gone out of the house to fetch water when the wolf attacked her. First it attacked her hand and then her face due to which she got injured. When the villagers heard the noise and ran, the wolf ran away. After the incident in the village, it has become difficult to go out of the house in the evening. One has to carry a stick even to go out of the house.
