National: The Election Commission has extended the date of voting in Haryana. Now voting will be held in Haryana on October 5 instead of October 1, due to which politics has intensified in the state. Former Home and Health Minister of the state Anil Vij has hit back at the allegations of the Congress. He said that this is BJP's commitment to the democracy of India and to provide such opportunities to the people so that they can vote as much as possible, this statement of Congress shows that they are running away.

Anil Vij further said, "If you (Congress) don't like these methods then don't go to vote, sit at home. Let those who like them vote."

'The date has been extended in the interest of the people'
When former Home Minister Vij was asked that Congress is saying that BJP rigs every election. Perhaps they (BJP) will not have enough time to rig, so the date has been extended. On this, Anil Vij said, "Will there be any rigging by extending the date? The date has been extended in the interest of the people, we think in the interest of the people."

What did Congress say on changing the date of elections?
Congress MP from Sirsa Kumari Selja had reacted on changing the date of voting in Haryana. She had said that BJP was already trying this because it is nervous. This decision is a sign of BJP's nervousness but when you lose public support, then whatever you do does not make a difference.

He said, "This shows the weakness of BJP. What will those who could not win the 10-year long race do in 5 days? Congress soldiers are standing firm on the ground. We have our eyes on all 90 seats and we will try to win every seat."
