National: Politics has intensified in the state over the Election Commission's decision to extend the date of Haryana Assembly elections from October 1 to October 5. On one hand, BJP and INLD are expressing happiness over the decision of the Election Commission, while on the other hand Congress and JJP are cornering the BJP. Amidst all this, Congress and JJP are also seen entangled among themselves.

In fact, when the date of voting was extended, Dushyant Chautala posted on Instagram that 'days have passed, BJP will only see four, now it will be even worse to see their defeat.' Taking a jibe at Chautala's post, Haryana Congress replied in the same poetic tone. The party wrote in the post, 'Don't let any traitor cheat you again, see the friends of BJP have come in a different form.

What did Dushyant Chautala say?
On the Election Commission extending the date of voting, former Deputy CM and JJP leader Dushyant Chautala had said, "We welcome the decision of the Election Commission but it clearly shows that the BJP is adopting such tactics to avoid its defeat, but what will happen with this? The public has made up its mind to uproot the BJP from the state. We will get four more days of campaigning, our workers will enter the field strongly and will win this battle."

Along with this, Dushyant Chautala said, "This time there are chances of a hung assembly. Nominations are due till September 12, by then a lot will be decided. Voters will tell which way the people of the state will turn and who will win, but the public has made up its mind that the state has to be made BJP free."

Claim to be a young and female candidate

On the announcement of candidates, the former deputy CM said that there is no hurry now, nominations will be done from September 5. Our alliance will field youth and women with full strength.
