National: Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Jitu Patwari has given a stern warning to Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan regarding the purchase of soybean crop at the support price. He has said that until the right price is not given for the soybean crop, he will not let Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan sleep peacefully.

State Congress Committee President Jeetu Patwari has demanded that the price of soybean be fixed at Rs 6,000 per quintal. If this is not done, he has also laid out the outline of the agitation before the farmers. He has said that the farmers' agitation will begin from Mandsaur on September 10.

Congress will protest in the state.
After this, there will be a farmers' protest in Hoshangabad on September 13 and in Agar Malwa on September 15. Farmers are also being continuously appealed through Congress leaders to join this movement.

State Congress Committee President Jeetu Patwari said that this is not just a farmers' agitation but a movement for the future of farmers. He announced that on September 20, a movement will be organized across Madhya Pradesh to get a fair price for soybean.

'Why discrimination in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh?'
Jitu Patwari said, "Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan advocates the purchase of soybean crop at the support price in Maharashtra because there are elections there but he is not ready to buy soybean at the support price in Madhya Pradesh."

He said, "In such a situation, the future of farmers is being ruined due to the dual policy of the state and central government. Why discrimination between Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh?"

Jitu Patwari's ultimatum to Agriculture Minister
Congress State President Jitu Patwari has said that "Shivraj Singh Chauhan has given statements several times as Chief Minister for 20 years regarding doubling the income of farmers. Now he is the Agriculture Minister of the country."

Jeetu Patwari said, "Even now Shivraj Singh is claiming to double the income of farmers, but farmers are not getting the right price for their crops." He said that "Until farmers get the right price for their crops, we will not let Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan sleep peacefully."

BJP's counter attack on Jeetu Patwari
BJP has counterattacked on this ultimatum of Jeetu Patwari. According to BJP's state media in-charge Ashish Agarwal, "Congress should take out a forgiveness march among the farmers." He said, "Congress has ruled the country for 50 years. During this time, it did injustice to the farmers."

BJP leader Ashish Aggarwal said, "Whenever the Congress government has come, they have only cheated the farmers. In the 15-month Kamal Nath government, farmers were cheated in the loan waiver scheme."

BJP made these allegations.
While accusing Congress, Ashish Agarwal said, "When the UPA government came to power, they hid the report of the Swaminathan Commission on the issue of MSP."

Ashish Aggarwal said, "After this, when Digvijay Singh's government came, he opened fire on the farmers in Multai. BJP said that Congress has no need to worry about the farmers. BJP knows how to protect the interests of the farmers."
