National: Punjab's Bhagwant Mann government has given a big relief to the common people. The CM has abolished the condition of NOC at the time of registration of the plot. Bhagwat Mann wrote on Instagram, "The penalty and punishment against the mafias who cut illegal colonies have been made more stringent. People build houses with their life's earnings but some people loot the hard-earned money of the poor, which will not be tolerated now. We do what we say.

Regarding this, CM Bhagwant Mann wrote on his X handle, “Today, significant relief has been provided to lakhs of people by eliminating the requirement of NOC for plot registration. Apart from this, the fines and punishments for those involved in the construction of illegal colonies have been made more stringent.

He further wrote, "People spend their life savings in building their houses, but there are some people who exploit and loot the hard-earned money of the poor. Such practices will not be tolerated anymore. We stand by our promises and take action. We do what we say."
