National: A non-bailable warrant has once again been issued against film actress and former Rampur MP Jayaprada from the Special MP MLA Court of Moradabad. On Tuesday, Bollywood actress Jayaprada did not appear in court to record her statement in the obscene comment case, after which the court issued a non-bailable warrant against her.

The court will now hear this case on September 12. After the results of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections were announced, former Moradabad MP Dr ST Hasan made an indecent comment on film actress and former Rampur MP Jaya Prada while speaking at a program organized by the Samajwadi Party at Muslim Degree College in Katghar police station area of ​​Moradabad to welcome former Rampur MP and SP leader Azam Khan. Many other SP leaders were also present at the program.

It is alleged that SP leaders had made indecent comments on the film actress and former MP as part of a conspiracy. In this case, Rampur resident Mustafa Hussain had filed a case in Moradabad's Katghar police station against SP leader Dr ST Hasan, SP leader Mohammad Azam Khan, SP leader Abdullah Azam, Sambhal's SP leader Firoz Khan and the event's organizer Mohammad Arif and Rampur's former Nagar Palika president Azhar Khan.

The next hearing will be on September 12

The hearing of this case is going on in the Special MP MLA Court of Moradabad. Jayaprada had to appear in the court and record her statement, but she did not appear in the court on Tuesday. The court has again issued a non-bailable warrant against Jayaprada. Earlier on March 14, Jayaprada had appeared in the court and got her warrants corrected, however she did not appear in the court to give her statement. Now the next hearing in this case will be on September 12.
