Preity shared a picture of her twins on Instagram on Saturday, in which her children are seen sitting with their backs towards the camera. However, the faces of Jai and Jiya are not visible during this time. While sharing this picture of her little ones, Preity Zinta also spoke her heart out. The actress has written- 'My little ones are ready to go to school, and for me, this is a mixed moment of both happiness and sadness. I can't believe that the time has come and my schedule as a mother is hectic.' Preity Zinta further wrote, 'This is a bittersweet moment for me. I am happy in my own world, but there is a lot of unrest and sadness in the world around us. We can only hope and pray that there is more love and peace around us, so that we can all live together happily and leave a better and safer world for our children.

The actress became the mother of twins through surrogacy.

Let us tell you that Preity Zinta married Gene Goodenough in the year 2016 and moved to Los Angeles. Preity gave birth to her twins, Jai and Jiya, through surrogacy in 2021.
