IND vs AUS: The second day of the Sydney Test is underway. Team India, which was all out for just 185 runs in its first innings on the first day, made a great start in bowling and by the end of the first day's play, Australia lost their first wicket at a score of 9 runs. After this, Indian captain Jasprit Bumrah started the second day in a great way and sent Marnush Labuschagne back to the pavilion. Labuschagne returned to the pavilion after scoring just 2 runs. In the first session, Bumrah got excellent support from Mohammad Siraj. Siraj sent opener Sam Constas back to the pavilion as soon as he came and then sent the dangerous Travis Head back to the pavilion for just 4 runs. Before the end of the first session, Steve Smith also became the victim of Prasidh Krishna after scoring 33 runs.

In the second session, Jasprit Bumrah was once again expected to bowl brilliantly but he could bowl only one over after which he felt some discomfort in his back and went out of the field. It was expected that Bumrah would return to the field soon but this did not happen. After staying outside the field for about 30 minutes, Bumrah also left the stadium. He was seen going out of the stadium in a car with the medical staff of Team India for a scan. Its video is now going viral on social media. As soon as Bumrah left the field, the captaincy of Team India came into the hands of Virat Kohli.

It is worth noting that before the Sydney Test, the news of Rohit Sharma being out of the playing-11 came out and this was also confirmed at the time of the toss. In the Sydney Test, Bumrah captained on the first day but left the field after the first session on the second day, after which the command of the team came into Kohli's hands. This brought back old memories of the fans when Kohli used to lead Team India.
