Washington: The Parker Solar Probe of the American space agency NASA has reached very close to the Sun. It is being told that this car-like aircraft has successfully passed about 61 lakh kilometers away from the surface of the Sun. However, after this it is not known whether it is safe or not. If it succeeds in returning safely, then a new history is sure to be written on the Sun.

Till now, no object made by humans has been able to reach this close to the Sun. In such a situation, after excitement, there is also a concern among scientists whether this spacecraft will be able to return alive after reaching so close to the Sun or not. Because after passing through the surface near the Sun, no further update has been received about the spacecraft.

According to Nicola Fox, Associate Administrator of NASA's Mission Directorate, the Parker spacecraft has accomplished the task for which it was sent. If everything goes well, it will give us some signals by December 27. Only after this will we know whether it is alive or has been destroyed in the flames of the sun. 

Parker spacecraft took many pictures

According to the mission's project scientist Noor Ravafi, the Parker spacecraft has also taken several pictures while passing near the Sun, which scientists will receive in January. Parker will update its status after moving away from the Sun. According to scientists, this is the first human-made object to pass so close to the Sun.
