Even though Team India could not get success on the Australia tour, the young all-rounder of the team impressed everyone with his brilliant debut. Nitish Kumar Reddy, who made his debut in the Adelaide Test, scored 42-42 runs in both the innings of his first Test for Team India. After this, Nitish created a sensation by scoring a brilliant century in the Melbourne Test. Nitish did a great feat of scoring a century in his third Test match. His century came at a time when Team India was in trouble. He scored a century while batting at number 8 and made a significant contribution in rescuing the team from trouble. Veteran cricketers termed his innings as one of the best innings in Test cricket because very few batsmen have been able to score a century while playing at the lower order in the difficult conditions of Australia. 

Took refuge in god

Even though Team India could not win the series in Australia, everyone saw the big dream of Nitish Reddy and his family come true. Nitish's father had a dream that his son would one day play for Team India, which finally came true. After finishing the Australia tour, Nitish has returned to India and after his dream was fulfilled, he reached Tirupati Balaji temple to have darshan of the Lord. Here he climbed the stairs of the temple on his knees barefoot and had darshan of the Lord. The video of Nitish climbing the stairs on his knees is now going viral on social media.

Got a chance against England

After proving his ability on the Australia tour, Nitish Kumar Reddy will now be seen playing in the T20I series against England. Reddy made his T20I debut for Team India against Bangladesh in Gwalior in October last year. In the 3-match T20I series against Bangladesh, Nitish scored an unbeaten 16 runs in the first match and a blistering 74 runs in the second match. However, he could not open his account in the third and last match. Now he will try to do wonders with bat and ball against England.
