Texas: SpaceX's new Starship rocket booster has suffered a massive blast during launch. SpaceX launched its Starship rocket on the latest test flight on Thursday, but the spacecraft was destroyed just after taking off from the launch pad. Elon Musk has shared a video of this blast.
Elon Musk's company said it appeared that the spacecraft's six engines shut down one by one and contact was lost after just 8 1/2 minutes of flight. The spacecraft was to fly from Texas to the Gulf of Mexico on a near loop around the world similar to previous test flights. SpaceX had practiced with a pack of 10 dummy satellites to release it. Despite this, the flight could not succeed. This was the first flight of this new and advanced spacecraft of SpaceX. This was the 7th test of the Starship rocket, which could not be completely successful.
