Manmohan Singh Death: Former Pakistani minister Chaudhary Fawad Hussain has expressed grief over the death of former Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. He said that it is sad that Dr. Manmohan Singh has left us. The economic stability that India has today is largely due to his visionary policies. The Pakistani leader said that he was a resident of Gah village of Jhelum (which is now in Pakistan's Punjab province) and he will always remain a source of inspiration for the people of this region.

He breathed his last at the age of 92

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh died on Thursday night at the age of 92. Dr. Manmohan Singh was admitted to the emergency ward of AIIMS Delhi after a health problem. He said goodbye to the world at 9:51 am. Dr. Manmohan Singh held the post of Prime Minister of India in the UPA government from 2004 to 2014. Condolence messages are coming from personalities from various fields including politics of India on his demise.

Mallikarjun Kharge gets emotional

On the demise of Dr. Manmohan Singh, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge posted an emotional post saying that the country has lost a visionary leader whose policies and ideology gave India a new identity on the global stage. Dr. Manmohan Singh will be remembered as an honest and top-class economist whose policy of economic liberalization ushered India into a new economic era and changed the lives of crores of Indians. He said, "I am proud that I had the opportunity to be a part of his cabinet. I worked with him as Labor Minister, Railway Minister and Social Welfare Minister."
