Rishi Kapoor, Moushumi Chatterjee, Ashok Kumar and Amjad Khan also worked in the film. Mithun Chakraborty was also a part of 'Phool Khile Hain Gulshan-Gulshan'.

One day on the sets of the film, director Sikandar suddenly asked Mithun if he knew how to drive a car. Mithun did not know how to drive properly then. But he thought that he might lose the film, so he said yes to Sikandar Khanna. Let us tell you that that was Mithun's initial days in the film industry.

Mithun had run his car over Rishi, blood started flowing from his mouth

After Mithun said yes, a scene was shot in which Mithun had to drive the car and stop it near Rishi and Rishi had to sit in it. The shooting of the scene started. But Mithun could not stop the car near Rishi because he did not know how to drive properly. He did not apply the brakes in time and due to this Rishi Kapoor's face collided with the bonnet of the car. 

In this accident, Rishi's mouth started bleeding. But he was not hurt much. This mistake of Mithun could have proved very costly. Later Mithun apologized to director Sikandar Khanna for his mistake and clearly told him that he did not know how to drive properly.
