Mandeep Singh: Indian batsman Mandeep Singh has announced his separation from Punjab Cricket Association. He played cricket for 14 years for the Punjab team in domestic cricket. Now he will be seen playing for Tripura team. He himself has announced this through social media. Mandeep played three T20 International matches for India against Zimbabwe in 2016.

Announcing his decision on Instagram, Mandeep Singh wrote that my journey with Punjab from junior level to senior level has been fantastic. I was fortunate that the team won the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in the 2023-24 season under my captaincy. But after much thought, I felt that now the time has come to start a new chapter of my career and hence I have decided to play for Tripura in the next domestic season. I would like to appreciate PCA Secretary Dilsher Khanna, Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh for their continued support over the years. I would also like to thank the members of the PCA management and the staff who have been with me over the years.

Mandeep Singh has single-handedly won many matches for the Punjab team in domestic cricket. He made his debut for the Punjab team in 2010. He has scored 6448 runs in 99 first class matches so far, which includes 15 centuries. Apart from this, he has 3855 runs in 131 List-A matches. 

He has played so many matches in IPL too

Mandeep Singh has played cricket for Delhi Capitals, Kings XI Punjab, Kolkata Knight Riders and RCB in IPL. He has scored 1674 runs in a total of 105 IPL matches. During this, his highest score has been 77 runs. In the year 2023, he was a part of the KKR team
